LOCAL TALENT: Kristina Gratton

Kristina Gratton is the head trainer at Fauntleroy Farm located at Equidae Farm in Snohomish, WA. Kristina is a true local talent having grown up competing in the A and AA hunter Jumper Circuit in the Pacific Northwest. During her time as a junior, she represented the PNW region by qualifying for USET Finals West, Junior Hunter National Championship, and the USEF Dover Saddlery Hunt Seat Medal Final.

Kristina has spent the early part of her professional years working across the United States. She has worked for Cara Anthony at Potcreek Meadow Farms in Redmond, WA; Bill Schaub at Over the Hill Farm in Sanford, FL;  Patty Foster and Marylisa Leffler at Rolling Acres Show Stables in Olney, MD; and Colin and Toni McIntosh at McIntosh Stables in Menlo Park, CA.

In addition to her equestrian accomplishments, Kristina holds a B.A in Political Science from Rollins College and an M.A of International Relations from Georgetown University. This led her to a career as an Operations Officer for the US Government.

This past year Kristina and her husband Jon opened Fauntleroy Farm. Through her positive and fundamental based teaching style, Kristina has led her clients to successful placings at Sonoma Horse Park, Thunderbird, Spring National, and the October Classic.

We are thrilled that Kristina has returned to the Pacific Northwest and look forward to her many success to come to this show season.

Much love,

Your Fauntleroy Farm Family
