New Issue: Flying Changes May/June 2021

Flying Changes May/June 2021 is here and we are excited to share this issue with you. On the cover we have the incredible Horsepower Vineyards, a vineyard in the Walla Walla valley that uses draft horses as an integral part of their winegrowing process. We also take a look at safety vests for riders, and we have an incredible article about Richelle Tracht’s PSG horse who is competing again after undergoing surgery for Kissing Spine. She writes about navigating this scary diagnosis. Check out our six-page spread on pilates for horses — a great way to bond with your horse while improving body condition. We have some exercises from Horse and Rider Books that anyone can do. And of course our sports and performance psychology piece from Dr. Darby Bonomi discussing being “all in” during your ride. And don’t forget our club news! We welcomed the Bainbridge Island Saddle Club to this issue. You guys, there is so much great stuff in this issue. We can’t wait to hear what you think! On shelves and in stores now.
